Graphic Overlays (Undersurface Printed Decals)
Graphic Overlays can be manufactured from a wide range of materials and adhesives to suit the client’s requirements. Reverse printing of clear plastic material protects the image and enhances durability. A smooth or textured finish is available with a self adhesive backing and the overlay can be die-cut to any shape. A large quantity of materials and adhesives are always held in stock, please see our downloads page for specification sheets on a selection of materials and adhesives.
Metal Front Panels
These Front Panels are manufactured from Client’s drawings and finished to a very high standard. Processes included are: Fabrication of metal components are sheet metal work, anodising, plating, spraying, powder coating and screen printing. We can also manufacture and apply a Graphic Overlay to the front panel, giving you a finished product ready for use.
Stickers
Stickers can be printed in a wide range of colours and either square cut or die cut to any shape. Reverse printed stickers are available should the client require to adhere them to the inside of glass. Various adhesive solutions are available ranging from permanent to removable, static cling is also available for temporary window signage.
Labels
Manufactured from a wide range of vinyl, including tamperproof and can be cut to any shape. Sequential numbering available for serial number labels.
Nameplates
Nameplates can be manufactured from various materials including aluminium, stainless steel, brass and rigid PVC. These can be finished with square corners or profiled to your required shape and drilled for fixing or supplied with an adhesive backing. We specailise in the manufacture of anodised aluminium nameplates. Please see our downloads page for specifications on adhesives.
